Amanda Gallagher

Amanda is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience delivering consultancy services in Ireland and the UK including energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainability within the built environment. Previous employers include the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and Scottish Power Plc . Amanda is a qualified BREEAM Assessor providing a wide range of BREEAM related consultancy services to a range of clients. Amanda is also a qualified BER and DEC Assessor. She also provides training on BREEAM, BERs and Post Occupancy Evaluation.

Kirsty Curror 

BEng (Hons), BREEAM In Use Assessor, CIBSE member


Following a life-long interest in sustainable practices Kirsty became an Energy and Sustainability Consultant in early 2022 Specialising in commercial and residential BREEAM In-Use Assessments Kirsty became a certified BREEAM In Use Assessor in June 2023. Clients include Point A Hotels and Village Hotels in the UK.


Prior to this Kirsty secured an honours degree in Product Design Engineering in 2002 and went on to complete an apprenticeship in Carpentry & Joinery. She has worked in the construction of design and build apartments and town houses in various London boroughs. She is also a qualified CAD technician and subsequently gained employment as a  project co-ordinator and draughtsperson in domestic aluminium frame windows and doors and commercial curtain walling. Kirsty also previously worked in the energy industry as a piping designer and engineering draughtsman producing 3D models and 2D fabrication and assembly drawings.
